23.09.1934, Berlin, Protestanten, „Deutsche Christen“, Ludwig Mueller, who was appointed by Adolf Hitler in 1933 to be „Trustee for the affairs of the Protestant church“, is consecrated as Reich Bishop in Berlin cathedral. This was an attempt by the NSDAP to unite all the provincial churches into a single Reich church.
